7 days from receiving item it may be returned for a store credit or item may be exchanged for another one if product is defective. No refunds are allowed. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. To process a return, email us at info@alterbrooklyn.com with the word RETURN in the headline. All items to qualify for a store credit must be unworn and in perfect condition. ALTER is has to the right to deny anyone for a return if these guidelines are not met.
